The patient complaint of poor aesthetic smile, requested to improve her smile. She have had a porcelain fused metal crown on her upper right central incisor which been done many years ago. The black metal margin of the crown exposed after gum receded, caused by gum disease (Chronic Adult Periodontitis). The upper right lateral incisor is a non-vital cross bite tooth, and discoloured tooth. When smile, the upper left central incisor is protruding.
