Materials and Method
Damon Q braces was used to treat this case. The root stump of upper right molar was extracted prior to braces treatment. Started with small round wire to level and align the crowding, and de-rotation of the upper right lateral incisor. Copper Nickel-titanium rectangular wire was used to further expand the upper arch, and a bite turbo on last molar to help disarticulate the occlusion, and jump over the crossbite. In major mechanic phase. The upper second molars and third molars brought forward to close up the spacing. In finishing stage, minor correction of the proclination of the anterior teeth was done.
