Severe Crowding with Crossbite
A 23 years old lady presented to our clinic with severe anterior crowding, and both upper lateral incisors in crossbite relationship with lower incisors. She requested to correct her severe crowding and improve her smile.

Materials and Method
Damon Q braces, a passive self ligating (PSL)system was used for this patient, because this brackets system can easily expand the dental arch to create space to resolve the crowding. Damon Q also known as the best passive self ligation (PSL) system in the market, due to its ability to expand the dental arch physiologically. All first premolars was extracted to provide space for anterior teeth retraction. The purpose of extraction is to improve her facial profile, because she have severe anterior crowding and crossbite.
