Damon Q braces, a passive self ligating (PSL)system was used for this patient, because this brackets system can easily expand the dental arch to create space to resolve the crowding. Damon Q also known as the best passive self ligation (PSL) system in the market, due to its ability to expand the dental arch physiologically, therefore reduce the orthodontic extraction needs in many cases.
